Jocelyn Zelaya is a responsible for strategy development and implementation of methods that reach the community by bringing people from different parts of the community together through building relationships with individuals, businesses, and other relevant organizations. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal State Dominguez Hills and has experience working directly with community members and leaders from her previous endeavor with the Census 2020.

Jocelyn believes communities of color are underrepresented, underserved, and ill-informed about their rights, resources, and the impact they can have when they unite their voices and wants to put every ounce of her capabilities and effort into changing that norm and enriching our communities with information, resources, and support, so that everyone feels their voice is heard.
