On December 14, 2013 the Ethiopian Community Mental Health Training and Education (ECMHTE) Project hosted its’ first community workshop. Dr. Giorgis, PhD facilitated the workshop. Topics of discussion covered the essential components of a culturally and linguistically appropriate overview of mental health, and the nature and magnitude of mental health globally, in Ethiopia, and the U.S.
